In the Insurance area, Luis has provided advice to many nationals and internationals insurance companies, in Life and Non-Life business, namely through the elaboration of legal reports, analyses and elaboration of contracts, and adaptation of these to the Portuguese Insurance Distribution Law and to the General Regulation of Data Protection.

Additionally, also represents many insurance companies in judicial proceedings, namely in traffic accidents lawsuits, civil liability and work accidents.

In the Banking Law, he has developed his activity in debt recovery procedures in their executives and declaratives aspects, as well as in the insolvency proceedings.

Still in the area of litigation, he has extensive experience in matters of Health Law, in all areas of activity, namely civil and criminal liability, medical negligence, both from the perspective of injured patients and insurance entities.
