Susana Duarte Ramos joined the firm in 2013.

She has developed her activity in Tax Law, providing legal advice to private clients and companies in national and international contexts regarding direct and indirect taxation.

Within the scope of direct taxation of private clients, she works mainly with the special tax regime of non-habitual residents and ensures compliance with all procedures aimed at obtaining the status. She also has experience in expat taxation issues.

She has developed her work in the identification of risks, contingencies and opportunities regarding VAT, Corporate Income Tax and Personal Income Tax, and providing support in the compliance with tax obligations and due diligence.

She is experienced in tax litigation procedures.
