To develop the activity of travel and tourism agencies in Portugal, it is not enough for the company to have the social object of travel and tourism agencies and an appropriate CNAE - National Code of Economic Activity (79110), it’s compulsory a prior notification to the Turismo de Portugal, I.P. (Tourism of Portugal) to be licenced company.

Spain - Health care abroad - Time limit for notification of the claim, analyzed by Supreme Court Judgment 2572/2023, of 7 July 2023
The importance of notifying the claim within the time limits provided for in the policy is particularly relevant when the delay has the effect of increasing the risk and therefore the amount of the claim.
If in some circumstances the delay is justified and is not based on malice, the delay does not in itself constitute a sufficient cause for the exclusion of cover.
