Portugal - Non-habitual resident status in Portugal comes to an end
 
We hereby inform you that yesterday, 3 October 2023, the Portuguese Prime Minister, Antonio Costa, announced the end of the non-habitual resident status in Portugal on 31 December 2023, which means that it will no longer be possible to apply for this regime as from 1 January 2024.
In short, individuals who are interested in benefiting from this status will be able to do so until 31 December 2023, meaning that if accepted, they will be able to benefit from this regime for a period of 10 years

To carry out civil works and related activities of any nature or amount in Portugal, it is compulsory an official licence granted by the Portuguese Regulation Body (IMPIC), after providing a complete dossier and complying with all the legal requirements.

Portugal - Fin du statut de résident non habituel au Portugal
 
Nous vous informons qu'hier, le 3 octobre 2023, le Premier ministre portugais, Antonio Costa, a annoncé la fin du statut de résident non habituel au Portugal au 31 décembre 2023, ce qui signifie qu'il ne sera plus possible de demander à bénéficier de ce régime à partir du 1er janvier 2024.
En résumé, les personnes qui souhaitent bénéficier de ce statut pourront le faire jusqu'au 31 décembre 2023, ce qui signifie qu'en cas d'acceptation, elles pourront bénéficier de ce régime pendant une période de 10 ans.

Portugal - Exercice de l'activité de construction dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables au Portugal : comment demander une licence pour exercer ces activités?
 
Pour réaliser des travaux de toute nature et de tout montant au Portugal, les entreprises doivent disposer d'une licence accordée par le gouvernement portugais, plus précisément par l'IMPIC (Institut des marchés publics, de l'immobilier et de la construction), après avoir fourni un dossier complet et respecté toutes les exigences légales.
