José Garzón García is a partner in Belzuz SLP and director of the Department of Insurance Law in the defense of all types of judicial and extrajudicial claims, as well as the coordination of insurance issues between the offices of Belzuz Spain and Portugal.
His professional activity is focused on the areas of Insurance Law, Product Liability, Medical and traffic law, personal injury and property damage. He has extensive experience in mediation in large claims and regulatory matters before Governmental bodies.
In litigation he represents our clients as a practicing lawyer with direct involvement in court proceedings nationwide. He also participates actively in INSURALEX, an international group of specialized insurance firms.
Belzuz currently holds the presidency of this organization, consequently handling international claims is standard practice for department heads such as José Garzón.
